BMW G650GS
Comfortable suspension, ample ground clearance and a remarkably low seat-height help make the BMW G650GS a more than capable middle-weight adventure bike. Off-road, the new Sachs suspension and 19-inch front wheel soak up rocks while on road it feels deceptively light and balanced, and almost as comfortable as its bigger brother, the R1200GS. We also have lowered suspensions options bringing the seat height down to a very manageable 77cm.
This is a solid, no frills bike, fun to ride, lightweight, maneuverable but with enough power to put a smile on your face, the G650GS’s single-cylinder lump pulls from virtually no rpm. Off-road, in a low gear, it can be barely turning faster than tick-over and a snap of the throttle will still pull you up hills. On road it offers a good, linear power curve and 60Nm or torque to keep you rolling. An ideal bike if you want to get off the beaten track for a while but still have plenty in reserve to overtake those pesky campervans.
